Racing Engine Oil Scavenge Pump
A full assessment was carried out and then a reverse engineering exercise was completed on an existing used pump assembly that was no longer available from the original manufacturer.
A full set of CAD models and drawings was supplied so that all assembly components could be manufactured. Alongside the individual component’s drawings, a full BOM (bill of materials) was also included so that all nuts, bolts, seals, bearings etc that were specified within the design were detailed, for ease of purchasing and assembly.
